A few rumours for the Ultimate cut came up today

Clark having nightmares about not being able to save everyone in MoS also ties in to the scene of him reminiscing about Jonathan Kent, and would add even more depth to the discussion they have, particularly to Clark asking "if the nightmares ever end"
If true, these rumors continue to point to a Director's Cut with more character depth, as well as stronger editing and pacing.
