The problem for me is Leto's Joker seems to have zero charisma. He just seems to be ultra edgy psychopath. For the Harley-Joker arc to work you need to build a rapport between them and that ain't gonna happen with the Joker we've seen.

Scott Eastwood, commented that Leto frightened him at times with his behavior.
