Bourne is a certain hit, she's getting good reviews for the one she did with Fassbender, and Tulip Fever looks pretty fine (apart from Waltz on auto pilot). As for Saoirse, it was her debiut on Broadway, and with no prior theatre experiences she got pretty great reviews. Also she's in the play for literally 15 minutes, so no wonder she didn't get Tony.
