The Force Awakens had a lot of these moments for me in the theater, where something seems overly comedic, forced, or just plain unfunny. I found that watching TFA again at home, most of these moments faded into genuinely funny or at least tonally consistent. I'm guessing the same will happen with Civil War.
Audiences tend to make even the smallest moment of levity or something that wasn't even supposed to be funny into a comedic farce by laughing so exaggeratedly at it.
