Think of it: Given I decide to honour one's culture by imitating one or more aspects of it, these dumbfucks would assume I "appropriate" it as in: I deprive whatever group of its culture by adopting aspects of it.
It would also mean that any given group had the prerogative of any cultural aspect originating from that group.
