I was just thinking about this movie the other day since I found a mouse in my apartment.
Too bad movies aren't real or I could have opened a string cheese factory with it instead of sending it into shock by hitting it with a vacuum hose and then bashing it's skull open with a thermos in my sink to kill it before it recovered.

Yeah, I'd love to have these lil fellers living with me as buddies, laying out designated food for them and petting them, instead of setting up mousetraps, hearing them go off and then watch how they desperately try to struggle out of the trap, gradually loosing consciousness and strength, then finally stop moving, then leave the dead mice right at their entrance to my kitchen as a warning to the others for a few hours then toss it in the woods.
I really wish they didn't shit everywhere and spread disease. Otherwise i'd be totally chill with having them around.

I watched the one I killed sniff a trap I set and then walk away. "Cheese scent" my ass.
I felt kinda bad at first since I had to hit it quite a few times before it finally stopped moving and there was a ton of blood in my sink, plus after I smacked it the first time I saw it piss itself in fear when it landed in the sink. But then I went to get a new roll of toilet paper out of my closet and the little fucker chewed his way through 2 rolls of it so fuck em. Theres also a ton of little mouse shits on my counter I'll have to clean tonight.

Read a interview where they talked about how they used 60 mice over the course of filming in various teams for all the different scenes, apparently mice are very quick to learn and there's only a few scenes where CG and animatronics were needed.

Oh yeah mice a crazy quick learners. Did you know you can put two chairs together, put a mouse on one and then food on the other, and get it to cross the gap, but then widen the gap over time, and get them to jump up to 3 feet between chairs? Theyre awesome!
