Should I watch this?
I'm giving in and finally watching all of the "Marvel Cinematic Universe" movies.
I just finished Iron Man, which was alright, but this movie just isn't appealing at all to me. I never really liked Hulk, I used to like Edward Norton when I was an edgy teen but he gets on my nerves now, and Tyler is a crap actress.. and its not even the same actor in the later movies...
Is the movie actually good or worth watching because it's important in the later movies?

as for your question, I remember watching this and I'd say it was a 5/10

I've watched every MCU film to date EXCEPT the Hulk, and I've never regretted not seeing it

It's pretty good. Not great, but it's okay.
It's interesting to see hulk fight, what is essentially, Captain America. I mean, if you wanted to know how that fight would look.

it's surprisingly good and was made before the MCU cemented its trademark feel so it feels like less of a controlled product than later mcu films. ed norton was good, bruce banner basically plays to all of his strengths as an actor. the chase in rio de janero was pretty cool and the fight against the abomination blows the BvS doomsday fight out of the water
it's also got a bit more balls than disneyfied marvel, hulk beats his girlfriend up in the opening scene
I think it's an alright movie, but you won't miss anything by not watching it. It's events are mentioned in passing once or twice in the other films, but it's largely ignored.
>WITNESSED
Hulk is mediocre. It's not really important to the later movies. Better than shit like the Iron Man sequels and Thor flicks though

It's a better Hulk movie than Ang Lee's by a wide margin, and is pretty entertaining, but is also completely skippable. You get everything you need to know in the first Avengers, and Banner has a very similar arc in that anyway.
