>Both BvS and AoU are both terrible movies because they have no plot and care more about setting up whats to come than actually being its own movie
>DC Cucks will be so quick to defend BvS with their fucking lives yet destroy AoU
Fuck DC Fanboys.
I disagree, the only "setup" that detracted from AOU was Thor's seperate quest which the studio fought to even remove but Joss Whedon wanted it in for some reason. Batman v Superman sinks to a new low with a literal sequence of teaser trailers, an entire character, and the movie's plot existing to setup justice league

>Thor's seperate quest which the studio fought to even remove but Joss Whedon wanted it in for some reason.
It was the reason that Red man exists right?
>>69193388
i thought it was the other way around, Feige wanted it and whedon thought it was a dumb distraction?
also i agree with OP, AoU and BvS are bad for very similar reasons
>>69193136
Don't forget the scenes where they're all tripping and seeing shit.
>>69193388
Nah Vision exists because Ultron needed a new body, remember?
>>69193136
I thought that was the reverse. Whedon wanted to scrap the Thor subplot, but the studio forced him to keep it in. Not that it really matters.

Thor's is the only one that is straight up setting up a sequel. The rest are about events of the past.

I forgot about those but only thors relates to another movie still. At least I think

Also they were both terrible in the same right because there are no goddam stakes in either film. We know that Superman is coming back and doomsday will lose cause the movie is Dawn of Justice for christ sake.. And we know that Ultron's not gonna win because there's a bigger threat is coming,

IMO:
>ultron
4.5/10
BvS
>4.0/10.
Both bad. But the badness of AoU didn't make me angry, it is self aware of being cheesy and not serious. BvS could have been great. But it really wasn't.
I just finished AoU and it was much worse than I could possibly have expected. I think I understand a lot of you autists better now.

You're right.
