I'd give it a 8/10. Liked. Comfy as fuck. Made people aww or gasp or laugh. I do not remember any of that happening in BvS. Black Panther was fantastic. Spiderman I thought they would fuck up but made nice for it. That big battle was awesome.

Laundry list of random complaints:
Worst CGI in the entire MCU. I am not exaggerating.
First hour was soooo sloowww at setting everything up for next hour.
The early action scenes were so shaky cam filled and cut so quick to be nauseating.
Zemo is a tad too effective, to the point of precognition.
That said:
Script thoughtfully incorporated all the characters.
New additions Spider-Man and Panther are seamlessly set up and made endearing.
It really cut to the root of the characters theyve spent years propping up. I initially thought it odd that Captain had no character arc, but I realize that is just his unshakeable character.
