Both are great stand-up comedians. I think Louis is probably the better joke crafter. Bill is the better improviser.

I don't know, it's hard. They're both practically equal in my opinion.

I'd say Louis edges him out by being pretty good at improvisation, whereasBill is a terrible writer (his netflix show was painful to watch, and Louie and Horace and Pete are both pretty good shows.)
