it might be. What I took from watching it was the sheer rage I felt regarding the decisions of tactical command, all of whom worked in concert to completely fuck up the entire situation.
For me, the movie was one of the most memorable in terms of sheer visceral response to its content.

Both, kinda. It is realistic. I don't like the bleeding heart wife moments of it, but that's realistic too I guess.

It follows the historical battle very accurately and maps things out for the viewer so it's easy to follow.

If you haven't seen it, I HIGHLY recommend it.
