It would be easier to do it at the bank because the most robbers in one time was only two people. You could easily take them out once they performed their part and just continue on without the others knowing, until the last guy figures it out. If he waited for them to all get back, he'd have to kill 4 guys, the alarm guy, the drill guy, the bus driver, and WHERE'D YOU LEARN TO COUNT guy all at once.
