I’ll add Daenerys hatching the dragon eggs (though that could be magic anybody could be a part of) and controlling the dragons (though not so much later and this again, may be something anybody could do if they had dragons since they were babies) suggests she is who we think she is.
But it is also possible that R+L=Daenerys, or that Daenerys is the child of Eddard Stark and Ashara Dayne.
Or maybe Daenerys is who we and she think she is, and was just hidden in Dorne for a time (perhaps under the care of Ashara Dayne, resulting in her suicide after Baby Daenerys is taken away, or maybe why she possibly became Septa Lemore)
I could see Willem Darry, who was an older man, leaving Daenerys in Dorne (Targaryen loyalists) as he would have a hard time careing for a little baby, whereas caring for young Viserys wouldn’t be an issue.

I just can't wrap my head around how is this possible. All I know is that Ned fought ferociously to save Dany's life while in King's Landing and for unknown reasons decided to stay despite being in danger, when the plot to kill Daenerys was set to motion.
