Can someone clarify this guys plan to me?
Did he or did he not know that Bucky killed Tonys parents from the beginning?
Because it seemed he went to all that trouble of framing Bucky and interrogating him so Bucky would tell him about what happened back then.
But if he didn't know... why and how would he assume that Bucky can provide this information to him?
Maybe I'm dumb but it left me confused.

Black Widow had released all Sheild's info to the public, including the info that belong to Hydra.
Zemo was able to decrypt it, and from there, find out that the Winter Soldier had killed Stark's parents.
