I'm honestly surprised that nobody died in Civil War.
Of all the opportunities to kill off a significant character, Civil War seems like the time to do it. The main characters are literally arguing about whether their ventures are too destructive or not. Having one of the Avengers die would be the perfect pay off for a story like this.
