They know that Vision is pretty much Superman. He ripped Ultronbots apart with his hands. Hawky wanted to disable him, he knew he can't kill him.

They even made a point of showing that he does have a spidersense. When fighting Falcon and Bucky he says "oh god" and dodges something that Bucky tossed at him from behind. He didn't see or hear it but said "oh god". Spidersense.

Hello. Was mentioned in scene with Tony that his senses cause problem so he wear goggles. This explain Eyes that move on suit. It would be that SpiderMan is quite new and powers are developing in time. Maybe in future we learn more in different movie and see Spiderman sense. I hope this assist.
Vision's beam has always been instantaneous like a laser pointer but during the airport fight Falcon dodged it like some DBZ attack.
