"I am the Drowned God" is a massive misinterpretation of Euron's character. He actually says 'I am the godliest man ever to set sail,' which is more about how he serves all the gods and none in his life.
He aligns most closely with the Storm God ("I am the storm.") which is like Satan in the Drowned God's religion. Read AFFC again, Aeron is the Drowned God's most fervant priest and he sees that Euron literally doesn't give a fuck about the Drowned God.
