Anybody feel like the surviving few of this show might crossover to the walking dead?
My idea is that they become the whisperers, they are adapting and learning the new world at a much quicker pace as Rick and co. And if they have less confrontations/stalemates at Rick's group did, then they will become a more established group than Rick's group currently is(being fucked in the butts by baseball bats).
Just look at the way Nick was walking when he covered himself in blood on the last two episode. He quickly learned, and even seemed like he acquired a taste for it as he walked up to the Walker and stared into it's eyes. I can see him later skinning the zombies in order to immerse himself in the world around him.

As far as the governor goes, he was way more likable than his comic counterpart. He humanization with Lilly/Tara's family was a big improvement even if he was still a nutcase. The comic form was just a psycho rapist Danny Trejo caricature. Very little depth, even in his prequel novels.

I don't think you would for the zombies desu, it is for rifle rounds. For zombies you'd be better off with sports equipment. A minimalist plate rig with 4 plates weighs about 45 pounds, not practical if you have to be very mobile, but does offer great protection against pretty much anything someone would shoot you with.

That's the thing, TWD needed heavier focus that the zombies aren't the threat, the people are. It was supposed to be the main theme, but then every other scene the camera pans away from an open field for half a second and pans back for a walker to pop out of the fucking ground.

And they keep getting pulled/knocked like fucking drunks.

To share, the one thing I liked about TWD was the comic, and just the formula that got old pretty fast which was something not a lot was doing at the time: Difficult travel, settle in safe place, drama, shit hits the fan, sudden deaths, people split, rinse repeat. It was good at this and it was a one trick pony.
