What are your final thoughts on Zootopia? I thought that ultimately the final act of the film was really poorly done, the whole 'wow she quit' angle was overplayed and the fox going off the handle after a crummy interview doesn't make a lot of sense.

I thought it was a really well done mystery movie, that happened to have an underlying message about tolerance and acceptance.

Saw it with my gf. I liked it but not as me as she did. It had its moments and I liked the mystery of the plot. Third act was kinda weak i agree.

One of the better Disney movies I've seen, possibly the best in the last 5 years.
It was very good, maybe even great, but not brilliant. I liked the message, especially when Bogo said, "It's not about how badly you want it, it's about what you are capable of!" That's really relevant today especially with the "I can be or do anything I want!" mentality that infects people these days. Some parts seemed cheesy (Nick getting pissy at Judy's interview, how quickly the Mob was willing to help) but it had some good laughs, good characters, and fortunately no forced romance. Overall it was well-made.

I think he was flirting with her but it could be interpreted either way. I was glad it wasn't a point in the movie like in every other, like the guy falls for the woman, she rejects him, then he chases after her until she accepts him and they live happily ever after. Because thats been done to death and it was refreshing to havebsomething different. Just interesting chemistry between two realistic and believable characters

It's not just the animals. There are not even "nature" left in that world.
Which is quite inspiring to think about this world. Many so called nature and wild life on Earth today are in fact artificially kept like a park. Not all but many.
So what if every square inch of the surface of the Earth are lived on by some sentient people? How is it different from Earth today?
