>survive deep flesh wounds after having them treated
>die a few minutes after being stabbed in a major artery
a lot of people die over stupid little shit all the time. The actor that played the masketta man in the dark knight nearly died from salmonella from fucking feeding ducks, and now has a thing in his chest to keep his heart beating after it stopped from thAt.
What pissed me off more was that he somehow got stronger over the course of the journey.
At the beginning he's on the verge of death, in freezing weather with no food, and can barely pull himself across the ground. Despite those conditions he somehow gets better, when his wounds alone would probably have killed him in normal conditions.

This shits supposed to be loosely based on Hugh Glass, right?
Yeah, that fucker survived far WORSE.
The Dollop Podcast, Hugh Glass episode for all of the real life guys badassery, gives a good break down of all the bullshit the guy actually went through.
