Bro, I like Suicide Squad, the DC animated version was fucking awesome, but this just isn't going to be good.
It's not because I'm a "Marveldrone" or whatever you need to tell yourself. It's because DC is terrible at live action movies unless it's a solo Batman or Superman movie (the first two), and even then they can get bonkers with the sequels. I personally enjoyed Batman Forever and Batman & Robin as a kid, but they are objectively bad movies.

Marvel does okay, mostly because they don't seem to have the need to make everything super dark and "realistic". They're not going to advance cinema in any meaningful way, but they're fun to go see in the theater and gorge on expensive as fuck popcorn and soda.
