On public trackers it doesn't matter. If you're on a private site it's usually enforced to some degree. I just moved and can't have my computer connected to the internet all day, so right now it's hard to seed. But before moving i was getting most torrents seeded to at least 1:1 because i could keep them running overnight. I know this a dumb bait thread but i thought id give it a serious response anyway. That's up to you. I personally haven't used a public tracker in years because it's a known fact that agencies monitor torrents and report IPs to ISPs. They're obviously not on every torrent, and mostly care about recent releases, but you never know. But, If you're dling a Russian film from 1968 and there's only two seeds on it, keep it seedex for a day or two. If nobody hops on in that time, it's whatever. It's good to help out but those two seeds could be on a seedbox and somewhat permanent.

qBtorrent is pretty based, Utorrent is so lightweight, but 2.2.1 feels dated and Deluge keeps crashing and haven't to check over 1000 torrents.
I've started migrating to Qb, but if there's another one that handles high volumes of torrents and has a web-ui, let me know.
