I'm not going to defend The L Word because it's an awful show when watched unmuted but the point of that scene was actually to depict how crazy that character had become that she would actually think something like that.

Umm women aren't the ones who are expected to fuck anything and enjoy it and always want it. That stereotype exists solely for men. Women are literally expected to not be sluts. That's why when they do fuck anyone and advertise that they'll fuck anyone, they are called a bad word.

This episode actually takes place on opposite day. In this episode men behaved irrational, women didn't cheat or kill their children, rape culture existed and lesbians didn't commit domestic violence.
