I would recommend his film Happiness, even though it's not really for the light of heart. Welcome to the Dollhouse is another good one.

Yes. It's boring, pretentious and stupid. Some tween wants to have a baby, her parents make it so she can't have a baby, suddenly a dozen other actors (including an obese black girl and a gay boy) play out her part where she continues trying to have a baby.
