Half of Phase 3 was utter shit. Ant-Man, Guardians and Winter Soldier were all great, but IM 3, Thor Dark World and Age of Ultron were all utter shit...three of the worst films Marvel has made.

Obviously I just have less of an interest in the Russo brothers than you. I think they have good ideas and should be producing the films rather than directing them.
No shots in Civil War were that great. There was one where Iron Man is shooting his shit into Captain's shield and it's framed nicely and goes all slow-mo like it's supposed to be this epic moment, but it lasts two seconds, is mostly covered by pillars on either side, and then cuts to Zemo's sad face. It's a really disappointing example of the Russo's lack of competence.
Again, they have some great ideas and concepts, but shouldn't be in that particular position on the film.
