What was the central conflict of this movie? The accords or Bucky? The first half seemed to be about the former but then they switched it to "muh bucky".
How did Zemo know that Tony alone would find the hidden Winter Soldier facility?
Why does Scott forgets about Cassie?
Why Bucky was so boring in this?
What was Steve opinion about the accords?
What was Spidey purpose in this movie? Why Tony was acting chill about hiring a child soldier?
Also, the dramatic part of Rhodey falling was ruined by Tony knocking out Falcon in the most ridiculous way.

They spread out like butter, too many worthless characters being juggled, as they scramble for excuses to jam in Spidey and Hawkeye.
Action scenes are edited terribly, jarring cuts throughout them and you can easily tell when they are using doubles for the physical stuff, the CG is subpar, even Iron Man looks better and that movie was released.

Evans is as bland as ever, I was actually surprised that the most interesting Avenger this time around was Tony (for the first half of the film), later the plot turns so cartoonish and sophomoric that I couldn't care even for him.
The MCU is turning out to be more of a tv-show where each episode has the sole purpose of get you to watch the next one 6 months later, they're cruising through complacency and the seams are starting to show.

Steve wants to act selfish. He chooses Bucky over n, where n = anything.
Tony was selfish by bringing Peter in, but everything worked out because Peter's fine.
Pym carried a miniaturized tank around as a keychain. He's crazy.
Zemo is shown again and again to be prepared, meticulous, thorough, patient, and capable. You think he hasn't planned for any circumstance? He has a goal and he wants to achieve it.

the action and comedy was entertaining as fuck, but op is right the story made no goddamn sense. Stark was a lil bitch, recruiting spidey made no sense, the youtube vids were fucking cringe like the BVS attachments, the conflict made no sense, bucky made no sense, it wasn't a civil war but an office scuffle and frankly the movie was an insult to the epic comics series it was "based" on.
However, 9/10 fucking was entertained as hell and tons better than the BvS trainwreck out of which I came out pissed off.
OMG and forgot: he killed my mom and dad LOL rly, kinda funny that it fails with parents, introductions and story just like BvS but still, have to stress, loads more fucking entertaining than BvS, the avengers vs avengers is the funniest and most entertaining action scene ever.
