Daredevil is pretty good throughout.
No it's Shito, other than Kilgrave. Both it and DD share the fact that their protagonists just aren't very interesting or likeable but the villains are fantastic.

Personal politics aside, it's a few episodes too long, but pretty good. Jessica makes for a fantastic, broken, terrible person protagonist. Kilgrave knocks it out of the park. Most other performances are forgettable except for Trinity.

I think it's pretty shit.
Kilgrave was my favorite part. I felt that the first few episodes were a bit uneventful (I remember in one you watch her get railed 4 times in 20 min), but once it picked up it was decent. Daredevil is way better though
It's a decent plot stretched too long that starts to tear itself apart.
Hopefully they take a cue from Daredevil S2 and shorten the arcs or make a couple of mystery-of-the-week episodes or even shorten the season length.
Something. Maybe not even go for some big-ass action set-piece if they don't have the budget or good planning for it.
I feel like this show has a better cast than DD and is open to more interesting stories.

I did like it. not the fact itself but how well done it was, I felt the sex goes on too long but I always say if you want to make people uncomfortable than just hold the shot,let it sink in. that is why when there is tons of killing you feel unaffected because they cutaway almost before the bullet lands. I also liked how fucked up the whole thing was since she killed his wife.luke cage was well cast

I did not like the change with the purple man, I felt it was more original that he never raped her and just made her want him without ever fucking her. I guess writers feel the need to jump to rape since its a "universal touchstone" like dead parants you instantly support the quest instead of going , yeah it was bad but he never touched her directly so why would not she just try to get on with her life and let him be someone elses problem. another change was that in the comic she tried to avoid getting involved with the purple man but here they made it the center point. also was not the retarded brother also white?

Daredevil is not good as a comic book adaptation or as a show really. season 1 had pacing problems where they focused too much on the Russians and then rushed last 3 mob groups, you basically end up watching for the kingpin,wesley,the punisher,foggy who are often not accurate to the comics but are still good

Karen's closing monologue and the whole 'I have to save my city' thing that exists throughout the series are examples of the New York worship. It just feels oddly selfish that this superhero isn't fighting crime where he sees it (like the Punisher), but is directing his attempts at cleaning up his part of his city specifically.
