Civil War might only come close to how great The Dark Knight was, but not be better than it. But you have to stop right there Sir or Ma'am.
Not even close. At least TDK is a great standalone movie, while you wouldn't understand shit in CW without knowledge of previous movies.
Also, scenes were way too short, some of them were less than a minute long and then it's boom! We're off to another city again!
