It looks like some 1940s shit, which fits his persona. I like it. I like most of the MCU costume designs, when they try. I mean Blackfalcon or w/e and Hawkeye kind of just look like normal dudes, but in that universe they are basically just shield agents and never acted as indivdual super heroes so it works.
Its not like the Xmen movies where they are usually afraid to give them comic looking costumes. Remember the original deadpool(s)?
