Just saw it earlier in 3D. Definitely in my all time top 5. Unlike Batman vs Superman they managed to give it a serious vibe without it being too serious, and keep the pacing right.

The only big twist I can think of is justall through the movie, we was made to believe that Zemo's plan is to ressurect and take control of the remaining Winter Soldiers. The main difference being in BvS film, the US gov had no way to enforce the restraint they wanted Supe to practice other than the kryptonite they didnt want to weaponize.
In CW, they had the means to reinforce it somehow and they had 100+ nations stepping forward to hold the capes liable, and not just the US government.
While they both failed to expound and resolve the issue, at least CW was more believable and grounded.

To me I think Hawkeye, Spidey and Ant-man should be removed from the movie. They are literally there for the airport fight and thats it - zero motivation to actually be in the fight. They could have spent more time on other characters to really nail that emotional feeling they needed. Spidey, although people say he is amazing, ruined the airport fight for me. The entire first hour+ builds up this dramatic tension so well that you feel like you're being torn apart inside. But it ends up with their big fight which should be full of this emotion (like the final fight in Warrior) ends up being Spidey quipping at literally EVERYTHING he does. Ant-man is joking as well and the other characters react back in ways that are funny. Sure it gets laughs but it completely obliterates the tension they built up at the start of the movie.
The big 'reveal' at the end of the movie thanks to Zemo has such little impact because they spoil it with flashbacks throughout the movie. If they cut out the flashbacks it would have been so much better.
Finally, (spoilers) it felt like the Studio had a say in this movie a lot because they were to scared to stick to any of their consequences. The paralysed Rhodes is walking again by the end of the movie. Cap's team is broken out of prison. And theres a brief moment you think Iron Man is going to die which results in nothing (Cap and Iron Man are friends in the end). Literally the only thing out of this movie is that Bucky has no arm and wants to go back on ice.
