They usually have top tier visuals, but the audio is always out of sync.

Italians have the same problem. They really just don't care.
I hate Gavrilov dubbing, where all the foreign characters are played by one guy, who talks over them by with a split second delay.
So you here the original actor speak, and then you hear a "professional" narrator reading their dialogue in Russian after them, usually in a dead monotone.
