Has GoT taken criticism to heart and changing the plot acordingly?
The tone of the show felt markedly different to me because it was filled with so many scenes of women finally not getting raped and in some instances actually successfully fighting off the patriarchy.
Personally I like where they are going with the Sand Snakes and Ellaria. I love the Dornish characters and I felt like they had such a muddled plot last season. But that's beside the point
Are they changing the writing and plot to finally be more progressive?
Yes, they heard the Dorne criticism and doubled down.

Dorne was started by a woman and ruled by for a long time.

I certainly hope so. Progressiveness is the truth of the world and it's only a matter of time before everybody agrees.
Whether they like it or not.

This made me grin because of amusement
I'm glad they got the dorne shit out of the first episode so now I can enjoy the rest of the season :)

I'm also glad they were unable to write a satisfying ending to the shit they created and went full retard instead.

This is some nice bait

Bait, Also fuck off this was one of the worst episodes yet. I felt absolutely nothing but disdain for the show's writers and the general direction the show has taken since Episode 9 of last season. Shit is going downhill FAST. I feel like almost nothing of substance happened this episode. Doran and Hotah's death was pure cringe, so sudden and played off like it meant nothing. I feel nothing, I saw nothing. The show used to be good. Bbl off to cry myself to sleep.
