How does a movie become so bad it's good?
It isn't good. It's funny due to our predisposition to laugh at non-sequitur, oft-timed facial emotions and hackneyed dialogue.
The Room wouldn't be "so bad its good" without Tommy Wiseau's horrible english and mannerisms.
When will the Franco movie come out?

unintentionally funny dialogue and hammy acting, along with unique qualities that make it stand out from other bad movie.

Cohesive clarity of vision. It's not le so random, there is a method to his madness, a continuity.
you can't deny that Tommy is one of the greatest entertainers in the US movie business.
Tommy deserved more,
just because he isn't doing it on purpose doesn't mean he shouldn't be acknowledged by the big hollywood.
He could be perfect in many AAA comedy movies but they don't cast him because he is naturally like that.
I would love to see him in a movie with S-Tier actors and Arnold.
Tommy is unique in Hollywood, you will never ever find someone like him again. The Room would be boring without his existence.
