And Feige (Marvel Studios) and Perlmutter (Marvel) have a feud, and as a result, Marvel Studios and Marvel have sort of separated.
Marvel Studios will handle the Cinematic Universe with little input from Marvel, while Marvel still handles the TV shows.
It's the reason the Inhumans movie was effectively cancelled, because it was Perlmutter's pet project and Feige cancelled it out of spite.
