They both did fine, but TCW Anakin is written a lot better than RTS Anakin, and as a result he is a better representation of the character. He's developed a lot better because you actually watch how he interacts with other characters during the Clone Wars instead of just being told about it in an offhand comment. It's not so much a result of one actor being more skilled than the other, so much as it is a result of one version of the character being given a great deal more time to develop than the other.

Okay. Yes, Yoda was aware that it was a test. However, he didn't expect to see Ahsoka like that, and felt immense guilt and responsibility for her exile from the Jedi Order. It's not like he was completely fooled by it, but it showed that he did in fact feel emotion.

Everyone agrees the movie is terrible. If you watch the good arcs from the series they carry much better. Anakin is far more relatable and human in the series than he ever was in any of the two movies where he was a jedi.
He's not a whiney cunt. He's a rogueish leader who isn't douche bag cockey. He's well respected but at the same time the counsel constantly holds him back. Ahsoka has real growth and she comes out the same. They even have a great parallel between Obi-Wan and Anakin where it shows that Obi-Wan at one time had to make the same choice as Anakin. Stay with the order, or quit for someone he loves. In every one of those parallels Obi-Wan shows that he was true to the order and could rise above those emotions unlike Anakin.
If anything, TCW series fixes all of the mistakes the movies made between Anakin and Obi-Wan's relationship.
