However, every single one of them came to the consensus that the trailer we saw for civil war prior to BvS looked amazing. They were even able to quote it and remember minute details.

I never said it wasn't, unfortunately with how PC the world has become and with how little scientists are concerned with identifying disabilities in utero, we will never have a world where I can go to watch some capekino without having my time wasted by some imbecile who thought a trip to the movies with their squad of mentally ill lemons is a good idea. The government should have a state funded program to have specific facilities for watching movies for people with mental disabilities.. lumping them in with the rest of us normies is pure torture. When you purchase tickets you should have to submit a form saying whether you or someone with you has a mental deficiency, in which case refunds or severly reduced ticket prices could be given to other people in the same cinema.

I live in a small city, so if I go in the middle of the day even on the opening day it usually has no more than 8-10 people
The only time I felt uncomfortable though was when I watched Gone Girl alone, I was the only single person there, everyone else was couples. I've heard someone say "what is he even doing alone in a movie like this" and the guard around to look at me during the sex scene to make sure I wasn't masturbating or something
