Oh don't get me wrong, all of these super hero movies tend to turn to crap in their third act. The last act of Winter Soldier felt like a video game. Cap' and that flying black guy had to disable three engines of some flying machines in a certain amount of time. It was bad.
Same went for Age of Ultron and the original Avengers.
