It's a very good film, beautiful photography, GOAT soundtrack, nice heart. I think I prefer Mistress America though. Whatever the case Baumbach's been firing on all cylinders making great films lately.

It's a nice film to watch. Quirky. Enjoyable.
Really though, it's all about a woman who's wealthy and priveleged enough to go years trying to figure out who she is. It's great that she has the luxury to live in New York, then go back home to her well off family, then go to France spotaneously if she wants. It's like:

I get what you're saying but part of the point was that she wasn't as privileged as most of her contemporaries. She didnt have it nearly as easy as them and struggled thusly. Mistress America is a slyly, and sweetly scathing takedown of that archetype, the modern Gerwig-ish MPDG.
