If you've never seen decent films, then yes, First Blood is probably the best you seen. Doesn't mean First Blood is a horrible movie. It's not all that much more than an action movie, but it's okay.

I said this awhile back but Rambo 4 in a way hearkens back to the first movie, or at least flips the script, whereas it was Rambo trying to adjust to civilian life, you've got these naïve civilians trying to fix a war zone.

Rambo First Blood is one of the most overrated movies I've ever seen, it was a boring and painful watch.
Same with Rocky, Sylvester Stallone is easily the most overrated actor ever.
He's from an era of campy action movies but he tries so hard to be serious and deep it hurts, Christopher Lambert, Bruce Campbell and JCVD are much better shitty actionhero actors than Sylvester could ever hope to be.

4 has its moments, but ultimately whatever deep shit it tries to achieve is muddled by Rambo murdering hundreds of conscripts on drugs.
