I have no problem in adapting Shakespeare's plays with non-white actors, they are plays meant to appeal to a universal humanity and it's passions and anxieties for all time.Shakespeare has been adapted all over the world and has become a playwright who has artistically inspired people all over the world
However making a "historical" adaptation of Shakespeares plays and putting non-white actors will confuse the audience at best. It is completely up to parody and "we wuz kangs" memes.
