Mad men is one of the most boring overrated shows ever, it's so fucking terrible, nothing remotely interesting happens. It's a 4/10 show at best, sopranos is actually decent, mad men is faux patrician garbage

its not as good. I think everyone can agree there.
it doesn't have the criminal aspect to it, aka shootings and murder. which is why its a lesser show, but it entertains you with different techniques, which doesnt appeal to as many people, and yes can at times be a little slow, sopranos made up for this by having the criminal aspect.
And I think for sopranos, the fact that they kill family and friends casually makes it a little more interesting and gripping.
