What a missed oppurtunity not killing of Steve/Cap. Could have been gold and much more emotional than Superman's death in BvS.
Somebody like Cap can't really exist in this world. Could have had a great martyr ending where Captain America dies a hero. That's what I expected this film leading up to as a resolution, but I guess not. What a missed oppurtunity to close out Steve's arc and trilogy.
There isn't going to be a resolution to this series, I'm telling you. This is like one, giant TV show where they want you coming back year after year after year. Look at Tony Stark. His character pretty much ended at Iron Man 3. It was a decent conclusion and he had come to peace with what he was. Then we get Age of Ultron and he returns and makes the same mistakes (creating weapons that destroy the world) again! Then at Age of Ultron, he stops being Iron Man . . . only to return in Civil War!
This thing is just so circular and boring. This franchise isn't going to age well years from now. It's just the same bullshit repackaged differently year after year. All you need to watch is Iron Man, Avengers, The First Avenger, Guardians of the Galaxy and Winter Soldier and you've essentially seen everything Marvel has to offer from the MCU.
