First, lack of chemistry. You've grown up in different times and won't have a lot to talk about. You'll have different tastes in film, music, games etc. depending on the era you were born. Discussions will always make it so you have nothing to learn and your views are never challenged, because you'll always be far wiser than her.
Second problem is attraction. It gets more and more difficult for a man to stay attractive as he ages, just the same as a woman does. She'll never be as attracted to you as your to her. She'll never be able to run her hand across your smooth, unwrinkled face or your smooth gentle, limber youthful body. She won't find you sexy as you used to be.
Third problem is societal. These marriages are seen as creepy (for good reason) and most people will think you're some sort of perv. You'll never be able to take this girl to any formal meeting without embarrassing yourself. It is ultimately a pathetic thing in the end.
Also, marriages with higher age gaps have higher risks of divorce and abuse.
