Aliens is my favourite film of all time, but even there I'd liked to have seen the aliens on screen a bit more so it didn't feel like thay only had 9 costumes and were trying to pass them off as hundreds of aliens. And Terminator is a solid 9/10 but has the dodgy Arnie prosthetic head that spoils it a bit.
But Robocop and Predator? Actual perfection in terms of script, acting, cinematography and music.

alien resurrection is a weird one, more like a crazy videogame with wormtongue, winona, the crazy french clones actor from city of lost children in a wheelchair, and ron perlman running around like dirty space car mechanics.
avp requiem is two movies. one, the one everyone hates, is a cheap smalltown american teens getting killed off by a monster horror movie. the other one is a mean son of a bitch predator and a bunch of aliens chasing each other around said town and killing a lot. much better movie.

Still one of the greatest science fiction horror stories or all time, and a badass action movie to boot.
Hands down the best predator movie as well.
All other predators have fought everymen and faceless marines/soldiers, but this was the one time the predator faced the super soldier, the cream of the crop, the absolute peak condition human in Arnie.
This is the guy that, with the help of a small elite team of above-average soldiers, takes out a fucking village full of armed soldiers.
Oh, yeah, they establish early on that Arnie and his men don't fuck around.
I still say Arnie's team was the greatest challenge any predator ever faced on film, and that includes fucking aliens.
While Aliens are overwhelming in numbers and extremely dangerous, they don't plan and strategize like Arnie did. The predator is clearly stronger, bigger, faster, and better equipped than Arnold, and he still manages to out-maneuver him and beat him in the end.
Truly a classic for the ages.

Yes. I still believe it's one of Arnie's best movies, and I'm pretty sure I have seen them all. It's easily in his top 10. There are so many great one-liners, solid action sequences, and a terrifying foe. It stands up to the test of time, maybe better than some of the scenes from T2.
