My gf had me watch Top Chef with her and it really changed the way I thought about food. It changed my whole life really, we never order out anymore and I make all of our meals from scratch using things I learned from watching the show. It's amazing how much healthier we are and how much money we save now just from making our own meals with good ingredients instead of going to restaurants. Richard Blais and Eric Ripert has been real inspirations for how I cook.
