No. It's a great film if you don't mind that a film focuses on interesting visual rather than storytelling. Don't get me wrong it's not even really obscure or hard to follow

It's kinda boring but visually intensive, I'd imagine it would be great on acid or even just weed but I watched it sober some years ago and I don't think I'm gonna watch it again. There isn't that much happening on screen, just camera flying in "hallucinations" or just around town. If you are attracted by visuals then go for it, it's that kind of slow and dark (or rather bleak) movie, but it's much more slower than it usually is.
it's not really a story at all, but the visuals are really nice.
I watched it sober fine, but I don't get bored easily
