They didn't reshoot to add quips. That rumor claimed that they used all their jokes in the previous trailer yet there were plenty of new ones in the latest trailer. The actor playing Captain Boomerang and the director both have denied that the reshoots are about adding in new bits of humor as well.
It's already been confirmed the reshoots are for action scenes and the 'add more humor' rumour was bullshit.

Marvel has reached Apple and Starbucks status: They could literally make any product, no matter how bad it actually is, and people would still throw money at them and praise them for how good it is.
So when Apple started making a lot of money with sub-par, overpriced phones, other phone companies emulated them with the same material design. When Starbucks started making money with overpriced coffee made from burned beans, companies started dumping flavored syrups into their cold coffee. And when Marvel started making a lot of money with boring, predictable, cookie-cutter PG action movies, other companies must emulate to even stay in the race.
