The problem is Hulk and Thor movies are corporate products, disposable stuff, but in the end they were made like they supposed to be. They have no rushed plot, not cramped characters, no editing problems, no CGI fest, etc......
Imagine Hulk/Thor are cakes, they are those instant cakes they sell in supermarkets, you follow the instructions, and they will be done, the taste won't be something spectacular or something, but they will fulfill their purpose.
BvS is like you hande tons of ingredients to a chef, but the chef gives you back a half baked cake, spongy in one side, but massy and wet in the other side, you can see the potential of what it COULD be, but the final product is not that good.

However they decided to handle the situation to Marvel, because each Spiderman movie had made less that the previous one, and TASM movies had ton of critic backlash , so it was more like pre-emptive measure.

Some of these scripts have been in development for 5+ years, DC made BvS from scratch in less than 2 years.
Script for Strange was started in 2010 and BvS script was started in 2013 after MoS(2015 release date but they got spooked by JJ).

This. Marvel has finally perfected the "Marvel formula" when it comes to making these films. Iron Man got the ball rolling and by The Avengers/Iron Man 3 the formula was perfected. Thor 2 had good returns. The Winter Soldier was a really good film. Ant-Man was a pleasant surprise and Guardians of the Galaxy was filled to the brim with memes that drew lots of asses to seats. That's Marvel bringing in two relatively obscure heroes and still managing to make a profit off of them.
