The most hieghtened is the earing one , so much that he can listen to a conversation being done in another different building, a bloock from where he is, listen to your heartbeat other things normal human beings could not perceive. One of the few interesting things the 2003 movie did was having Matthew sleep in a pool of water to be able to sleep quietly, but looked too much like some kinda of batman shit, which DareDevil isn't, i mean at the core they're almost identical, but he uses literally a couple pof gadgets and doesn't come from a ultra rich mfamily.
