Jai Courtney and David Ayer confirmed that they're not reshooting to add more humor in it. That was just a rumor. They said that the movie has plenty of humor in it and they're reshooting too add some more mayhem and action.
Honestly if the tone of the film is going to be what they've shown us in the past two trailers then I'm pretty hype. Looks to be serious with some fun but not Marvel level of quips and reddit humor.
